		<description><![CDATA[Oh,Oh,Oh!  This one&#039;s giving me shivers and warming me up all at the same time!  I am coming on it late, so no dandelions left although I did have my share of the greens just sauteed with garlic and olive oil.  
But now I am thinking about all the day lilies in my yard and Dina Falconi once showed me how to choose a tender, young shoot, dig, clean and slice into salads.  And my friend Maria made cat tail salad doing the same thing - tossed with lemon, salt, olive oil and sprinkle of sugar.]]></description>
